Our meal proposals

The Chef offers you a wide variety of formulas. He will refine the menu with you to serve dishes that match your tastes and expectations.

The products sourced by our chef are all fresh, regional, and seasonal.

The fish is selected according to its seasonality and fishing techniques used, with preference always given to small boat fishing.

The meats mostly come from nearby regions, and in any case, from France.

From presentation to tasting, everything is elaborated with precision, creativity, and care.

The first evening

After the day’s activities (relaxation session at the spa, poolside relaxation, nap in the garden…), in a relaxed atmosphere, reunite with your loved ones and friends.

A friendly meal, it’s a moment of sharing.

It is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.

A buffet set up indoors.
Tables, however, are set up on the terrace if the weather is nice, allowing you to enjoy the morning’s freshness.

The Saturday morning brunch 35€ per person

It is served from 8:00 am to 11:30 am.

A buffet set up indoors. The tables on the terrace or indoors to leave the chosen venue free for setting up the banquet tables.
